Not sure WHAT the owner's problem is here.
I gave one star because I cannot give zero stars. Attempted for three days to contact to inquire about storage. Don't answer the phone; are not available at the he office during stated office hours. Could not find way into office during stated open hours and was looking for a way in when owner drove up. She was EXTREMELY rude, demeaning, assumptive, and not at all helpful or accommodating. She professed that it was "private property" as though that exempts her from basic courtesy and laws and practices that apply to any business. She then accused me of attempting to break into the property (in broad daylight, during business hours, in view of the highway and the office) and further informed me she would "warn all the other storage" places, and call the police.
She was just darling.
