Horrible customer service, I bought some binoculars for a 100$ and only had the chance to use them once before it rained and the inside lenses acquired moisture and fogged up. I brought them back to the store and asked if I could exchange them for a different pair, they said they would not do that and told me to write a letter to the manufacturer. I am Very unimpressed with of their unwillingness to make things right, and the lack to back their products.
